Every Monday this monitor checks the footer of Dutch passenger carriers, from rail and urban and regional transport to aviation and ferries, for a link to an accessibility statement. The Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) supervises passenger transport.

Important: an accessibility statement is a promise, not proof. Whether a website really works for people with a disability only shows in a substantive test of the site itself. This monitor only checks whether the statement is in the footer, not whether it is accurate or how accessible the site really is.
